Dear Unit Owners:

 

Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp. is transitioning to a partnership with CINC Systems, LLC and SouthState Bank Name to provide your community’s payment processing, banking and web services.  We think you will see a positive impact from these partnerships, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with the highest level of service.

 

Our transition to CINC will take effect on July 1, 2024.  The transition period will begin five (5) days prior to this date through mid-July.  Please note that during the transition period, you may experience a delay in some processes.  It is imperative that we briefly suspend transactions in order to bring your community’s data into the new system.  For example, online payments and homeowner balances will be temporarily unavailable while we verify homeowner balances in the new system.  Late fees will not be assessed for the month of ­­­­­­­­­­­­July.  All payments made from June 26, 2024, through June 30, 2024, will be held until our go live date of July 1, 2024.

 

For your convenience, Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp. in conjunction with CINC Systems, LLC will provide the following methods of payment:

 

• Monthly ACH/Direct Debit Service:  If you are currently signed up for Direct Debit through Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp. whereby your account is automatically debited on the 5th of the month your payment is due, no action is required on your part to continue this service.  As in the past, there is no fee to use this service.

• Online Payments:  There will be a new address to make online payments.  You will be able to make online payments by either e-check or credit cards.  To make your payments, please go to our website at https://wilsonmgt.cincwebaxis.com.  This website has been specifically designed to allow you the convenience of making your payments online and accessing your account information.  On your first visit to the website, you will need to register.  Simply click on the “Register” button and complete the information required.  Once your registration request is reviewed and validated by Wilson Landscaping & Management Corp., you will receive an email with a link to set your password. You can then log in with your email address and new password to make payments and access information about your community. 

 

If you choose to make online payments through the new portal, there will be a $1.99 fee per e-check transaction.  To pay by credit card, there will be a 3.25% fee per transaction.

 

Please note that the current online payment system through SouthState Bank will be closed down on June 26, 2024.

 

• Online Recurring Payments:  Our website also allows you to set up automatic recurring payments.  To set up your recurring payments, log into your account and then click the Pay Assessments Link.  On the Pay Assessments page, you can choose to set up your recurring payments for echecks or credit card by clicking on the New Recurring Echeck or New Recurring Credit Card link. 

 

If you choose to make recurring online payments through the new portal, there will be a $1.99 fee per e-check transaction.  To pay by credit card, there will be a 3.25% fee per transaction.

 

Please note that the current online payment system through SouthState Bank will be closed down on June 26, 2024.  If you are currently signed up for recurring payments on this site, you will need to sign up on the new portal to resume the service.

 

• Lockbox Service:  Please continue to use the coupon books you currently have for the remainder of 2024. When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable to your Association and include your account number on the memo line.   There is no fee to use this service.

 

• If you would like to pay your assessments using an online bill payment service or your personal bank’s online payment service, please continue to use the address below (there is no change in the mailing address). This will ensure your payment is posted promptly.  Please be sure to make your check payable to your association and indicate your unit number on the check.  There is no fee to use this service.
